Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Reqmora ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the firm you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Reqmora helps bookkeeping firms collect recurring documents and answers from their clients through automated checklists, reminder emails, and a no-login upload link. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts and trials
You must provide accurate information when creating a firm account. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; after the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Your data and your clients' data
You retain ownership of the client information, documents, and answers you and your clients submit through the Service ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for having the right to collect and share that data with us, and for your own obligations to your clients regarding their information. We only use Customer Data to provide and support the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to collect data unlawfully, to send unsolicited or abusive communications, to attempt to access another firm's data, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users, after providing notice where practical.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reqmora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account owners by email or through the Service before the changes take effect.
